Phase-3: Launch & Promotion
After all the hard work has been completed to build the MangoApps platform, it is ready to be released to the company. This can be a grand event with balloons and promo items or a simple email notification. What is most important is to have the stakeholder team onboard and identify some early adopters.
Ensure training has been completed with all stakeholders and begin to implement a plan for training all other users.
Create some buzz around this new platform with events and communication. Generating employee excitement for this new tool will help in early adoption.
