Initiate Document Review
Ask colleagues to proofread or edit a file you’re working on with our Document Review feature. Set deadlines and permission levels while initiating the review.
If you have a file you’d like colleagues to look at, you can send it to them by clicking on the file and selecting the Go to details page option. From here, select the Initiate Document Approval button on the right side of your screen.
Enter the usernames of colleagues you would like to send the document to in the space provided along with a short message describing what you’d like them to do.
Then you can set a permission level for those reviewing the document as well as a date you’d like the document reviewed by.
Select continue when you are ready. This will take you to a page with two more options. Choose according to your situation and hit Send Approval Request when you’re ready.
